In July, CHW Mary visited the AUM School of Nursing and Health Sciences to distribute literature to future health professionals. Literature included topics such as the Safe Use of Medicine. Connecting with health care professionals and institutions of higher education who offer health profession disciplines enables CANHI to work with healthcare providers to promote health literacy and improve patient-provider communication.
